Over the last 5 years, I have had the privilege of training students in different colleges across the country. I specialize in Personality Development and Interview handling sessions. As someone who has interviewed hundreds of college students for their job placements, I understand the pulse of corporate organizations and what exactly they look for in a candidate just finishing college. I am passionate about mentoring college students and get excited watching them realize their true potential. I have been involved in transforming the lives of hundreds of college students and strive to make an everlasting impact through my sessions. I get my biggest thrill when my students call me to say,

I started my corporate career in a reputed MNC in Bangalore. Working in Production Support for over 8 years, I had the opportunity to interact with business customers on a daily basis. Along the way, I picked up actionable skills absolutely necessary to have a successful career. I have worked very closely with customers from USA and UK. I was privileged to have a 10-month stint in Yorkshire, England where I learnt the nuances of business communication and cultural etiquette. My vast experience has helped me design high quality “Campus to Corporate” programs for freshers which focuses on what makes you tick at the corporate level.
From my childhood, I have always had a fascination for the stage. I love the spotlight and I love interacting with an audience. I get a huge thrill out of engaging and entertaining an audience. I have performed in more than 35 plays in the capacity of an actor, director and producer and with every outing, my passion for the stage raises exponentially. Every time I am on stage, I consider it as an opportunity to make a positive impact in the lives of my audience.
I enjoy watching movies, talking cricket and spending quality time with my family. My biggest inspiration has always been my dad!
I consider myself fortunate and grateful to have had the opportunity to participate in Karthick's campus-to-corporate programme! I had an amazing session with Karthick sir. His guidance and critique have definitely helped me a lot in public speaking ie.. how to overcome stage fear, how to be prepared and present oneself for an interview. Many soft skills which I learnt are communication skills, interpersonal, critical thinking and time management. He is one of the few teachers who go the extra mile (learnt how to use online platforms) to get in touch to help me perform well in my interviews. Sessions were fun-filled as sir gave puzzles and short quizzes before the start of each session. I really appreciate you sir for taking your time for me.
